We're not tied to any single city — our role is to provide organized, practical support to Californians wherever they are, from document preparation and filings to business setup and administrative readiness.

Who we are

Corina Bermudez leads our legal document preparation work as a registered and bonded California Legal Document Assistant (LDA #289), preparing and filing documents for clients handling their own legal matters.

Louie Musa supports business and nonprofit formation, administrative organization, grants, and day-to-day operations.
